Physical course reserves are housed at the Circulation Desk in and circulated to students as directed by faculty. E-Reserves allow digital resources to be collected into reading lists and accessed through the .
Both physical Course Reserves and E-Reserves materials may include books, book chapters, journal articles, physical or streaming media, old exams, professors’ notes, and homework solutions necessary for course work.
Faculty may place materials on reserve by choosing from the following options:
- Complete the 澳门六合彩 Libraries Reserve Form for physical books, media, or photocopied material and bring everything to the Stapleton Circulation Desk;
- Request to have an e-book, e-book chapter, journal article, or scanned resource available on e-reserve with the ; or
- Submit a course syllabus through the Library personnel will create an electronic materials list for you based on the assigned readings/viewings in the syllabus.
Please note: If you need a media item held for a specific date to show in class, place a Get It request.

Course reserve materials may be placed on reserve only so long as doing so complies with the copyright policy of the university and the .
Original copies of books, media, or materials created by the professor can be put on reserve for whatever length of time the professor chooses without violating US Copyright Law.
Copies of materials like journal articles, book chapters, and manuscripts must fall under the Fair Use guidelines of copyright law or have the written permission of the copyright holder before being placed on reserve.
